Absolutely. We service all solar systems regardless of the original installer. We'll start with a full health-check to assess your system's condition, then tailor a care plan to suit.
We recommend at least once a year, though panels near trees, under bird flight paths, or in areas with high pollution may benefit from cleaning every 6 months.
Your report will detail any issues found, along with clear repair recommendations and costs. Care plan members receive discounted repair rates. There's never any obligation to proceed.
Yes, the Vixen Care Plan is a rolling monthly subscription with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No penalties, no questions asked.
